Coordinated with the support of Sunshine Community Health Center and hosted by the Upper Susitna Community & Senior Center, this event is a great opportunity for our community to access important health screenings and information!

Walk-ins are welcome, and there will be free vaccines available!
Attendees can take advantage of affordable blood tests including:
- Blood chemistry screen (27 panels) – $45
- Thyroid screen – $40
- Prostate disease screen – $25
- Vitamin D (D2, D3) – $55
- A1C diabetes – $25
- Blood typing – $25
- Vitamin B12 – $40
- Ferritin – $40
- Testosterone (for men) – $55
